Manchester Cream Stout 4.8% abv
In the mid 17th Century, a tenth of Manchester's population housed a district known as "Little Ireland", the result of early immigrants from the West of Ireland looking for a better life. Unprepared for the big city they often found jobs in construction which led to them help create the world famous British canal system.
These Navigators (navvies) went on to adapt to work in railway and road construction. In honour of their valuable contribution to this great city and the nation, we present to you Manchester Cream Stout.
A blend of malts gives this beer its creamy Irish like character. Black malt enriches the colour and gives a unmistakable toast flavour whilst Brown malt gives it a wonderful dryness. 4.8% abv
